1. Order Cancellations
Customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund if the package has not yet been shipped. Once the package is picked up by the shipping company, we are unable to retrieve it, and therefore, a refund cannot be issued.
We strongly encourage customers to review our Shipping Policy to understand the estimated delivery times and transit process before placing an order.
2. Damaged or Broken Products
If your product arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within maximum 5 days of delivery by emailing us or using the contact form on our website. Be sure to include the following in your message:
- A description of the condition the product arrived in.
- Clear pictures or a video as proof.
Once we confirm the issue, we will either send you a replacement product free of charge or issue a full refund.
3. Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or provide a full refund.
- Please monitor your tracking number, and if you notice anything unusual or delayed, let us know immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
4. Late Deliveries
If the delivery of your package exceeds the timeframe specified in our Shipping Policy, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us if your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time.
5. Returns & Refunds Policy
Knives
Due to the nature of knives and international shipping regulations, knives cannot be returned for a full refund.
- Customs restrictions prevent us from accepting knife returns, as they are often confiscated during return shipping.
- Once knives are used, they cannot be resold, which limits our ability to process returns for these items.
However, in some cases, a partial refund may be provided after discussion with our support team.
We provide detailed descriptions, measurements, materials, and pictures for every knife, so customers are advised to make informed purchases.
Other Products (e.g., Wardrobe, Bags)
For all other products (such as clothing, bags, etc.), customers can request a return within 3 days of receiving the package under the following conditions:
- The item must be completely unused and in the original packaging with all labels attached.
- Once the product is returned to us and inspected, a full refund will be issued.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping. In some cases, we may provide free return shipping depending on availability and location.
6. Incorrect Product Received
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately with the following information:
- A picture of the product you received.
- A picture of the shipping label.
We will verify the issue and send the correct product to you at no additional cost.
7. Order Number Requirement
To help us process your request quickly and accurately, please include your order number (# followed by 4 digits) in your email. The order number can be found in your confirmation email.
8. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used at checkout. Once approved, refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
9. Geographic Applicability
